The untiring research has led to processing of herbal extracts and embarked in manufacturing of Curcumin, Gymnema, Garcinia, Senna etc., SPLS is one of the leading companies producing natural essential oils, Herbal extracts and Nutraceuticals and Florals.
SPLS group established an R&D and pilot plant in Ongole combined with the manufacturing facility. The process for extraction of Curcumin from turmeric rhizome and roots was developed initially at the lab level and scaled up on the pilot plant. Work on establishing a bigger facility to produce 60 tpa Curcumin and also to process 150 mt of herbal raw materials commenced in November 2011 and also the financial closure for the same effected during October 2012 with a capital outlay of Rupees 100 million. We are producing and marketing essential oils of high grade quality, for both domestic and overseas markets.Herbal Extracts & Essential oils are manufactured at our manufacturing facility at Ongole, Andhra Pradesh as per the industry standards. Our main forte is quality and purity at all levels.
